Cowrie Ring

A sterling silver cowrie shell set on a band, cast from a real shell. The cowrie sits across the finger rather than pointing along it, so the smooth domed face is what you see and the ridged slot sits against the skin. It is a rounded shape with no edges to catch, which makes it more wearable than most statement rings. Sizes run extra small through extra large: XS covers G to I, S covers J to L, M covers M to O, L covers P to S, XL covers T to Z. If you know your exact size, give it when you order and Kinkel will make the ring to that rather than to the nearest band. Pairs with the cowrie earrings, which use the same cast. We stock Kinkel in the shop on Oak Street in Greyton, and post anywhere in South Africa. The Jewellery is handmade per order. Orders will take between 6 – 12 business days (excluding shipping) to manufacture.
